## Description

We are seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join our team at the Food Distribution Center in Windsor, CT.

The pay range for this role is $20.82 - $37.45 per hour, with the possibility of earning additional compensation in the form of a shift differential.

As a Senior HR Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering HR services to our distribution center teams. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing guidance and operational support to leaders and team members on HR processes and organisational change

- Ensuring timely completion and accurate recordkeeping of required training

- Applying established best practices and standard procedures to support staffing, retention, engagement, and compliance needs

- Interacting regularly with site leadership, HR partners, and cross-functional teams

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A high school diploma or equivalent experience

- 1+ years of administrative experience

- Strong customer/client service skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation

- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and computer systems

- Ability to work with highly confidential information and make fair and consistent decisions
