## Description

The Investment Bank Divisional Data Office is seeking an experienced Vice President to support execution of the Investment Bank’s Divisional Data Officer (DDO) responsibilities and broader Data Management agenda.

The role will provide senior, hands-on leadership across Enterprise Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, controls, metadata, lineage, authoritative sourcing and remediation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support the Investment Bank DDO in implementing the Data & Records Management Policy, associated frameworks and procedures.

- Drive delivery and maintenance of the Data Management Plan and implementation required to achieve and maintain compliance with applicable Core Data Management Standards (CDMS).

- Monitor adherence to Data Management requirements, drive remediation and recertification, and escalate material gaps or exceptions.

- Embed sustainable BAU governance and represent the Investment Bank in relevant Data Management forums.

**Data Ownership, Material Data Scope & Governance:**

- Maintain oversight of material data assets, ensuring appropriate cataloguing, ownership and stewardship across Material Data Scope (MDS), Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and related Data Management artefacts.

- Support MDS maintenance and recertification and ensure clear accountability across Data Content Owners, Data Platform Owners, Process Owners and Data Stewards.
