## Description

We are seeking a Resilience Ops Recovery Lead - VP to develop, implement, and maintain an effective resilience strategy and Operational Recovery Planning and Incident Management framework aligned to industry leading standards and controls and regulatory expectations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Socialising and implementing the resilience strategy and underpinning framework across the firm

- Developing and enhancing the resilience, crisis and incident management framework to uplift recovery and response capabilities

- Providing oversight to business and technology recovery capability improvements

- Communicating the firm's resilience position to senior stakeholders

- Enhancing resilience, crisis management and incident response and recovery capability through testing and assurance

- Mitigating the impact of unexpected incidents and identifying, responding to and enabling the resolution of events that threaten the services, operations, infrastructure, colleagues and clients of the bank

The ideal candidate will have:

- Extensive experience driving technology recovery, cyber recovery, crisis response, or operational resilience activities across large-scale enterprise environments

- Comprehensive understanding of cyber recovery, operational resilience, disaster recovery, technology recovery, and crisis response frameworks

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate recovery activities across technology, infrastructure, and business teams during high-pressure incidents and recovery events

- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, escalation coordination, and executive reporting skills
