## Description

Working in a high-performing, entrepreneurial team, this role will lead strategic growth initiatives across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels, taking opportunities from concept and business case through to launch and optimisation.

The successful candidate will have strong experience across D2C, eCommerce and marketplace environments, with the ability to improve customer journeys, support online trading performance, consider fulfilment and operational impacts, and use data-led insight to unlock sustainable international growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading the identification and delivery of new international online growth opportunities

- Driving end-to-end delivery of complex digital and commercial projects

- Identifying, negotiating and securing new marketplace partnerships

- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance digital capabilities

- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience leading complex online marketplace and D2C projects

- Experience working across D2C, digital, eCommerce and marketplace environments

- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills

- A customer-focused and analytical approach

- Good commercial awareness
