## Description

At Insify, we believe entrepreneurs shouldn't worry about insurance. We're building transparent, fair, and fully digital insurance for self-employed individuals. You will be the face of Insify, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your goal is to provide speedy, friendly, and customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Handle tickets accurately and within agreed-upon timeframes

- Explain insurance policies and processes clearly and understandably

- Identify recurring issues and escalate them to relevant teams

- Collaborate with internal teams to assist customers effectively

Requirements:

- Experience in a customer-facing role or demonstrated affinity with customer contact

- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both verbal and written

- Organized, accurate, and stress-resistant

- Ability to work in a structured environment with flexibility when needed

- Positive attitude and genuine willingness to help people
