## Description

As an Infrastructure Engineer at Wayve, you'll be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining the secure, reliable foundations that enable our engineers and researchers to develop and test Embodied AI at scale.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Taking local ownership of Tel Aviv's network and site infrastructure

- Resolving outages and improving performance

- Supporting office growth and new deployments

- Collaborating with global teams to maintain consistent configuration, security, and observability standards

- Providing pragmatic, hands-on infrastructure and IT support to local colleagues

You'll be working on:

- Designing, deploying, and maintaining wired and wireless networks, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and firewall policies

- Building secure, high-bandwidth, and resilient infrastructure for AI development and autonomous vehicle testing

- Improving automation and repeatability through Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Bash

- Supporting hybrid connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and cloud environments

- Strengthening monitoring, documentation, and incident response across our global sites

- Helping establish scalable infrastructure standards that can be reused as Wayve continues to grow

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, networking, DevOps, or a related role

- Strong networking fundamentals across TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls

- Hands-on experience with Linux systems administration and enterprise networking platforms such as Juniper, Cisco, or MikroTik

- Ability to automate infrastructure using Bash or Python and tools such as Terraform and Ansible

- Experience working with hybrid on-premises and cloud environments; Azure experience is beneficial

- Understanding of infrastructure security, including network segmentation, endpoint controls, certificate management, and secure access
