## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team in Fuschl am See, Austria. You will play a crucial role in driving 3PL performance through data and KPIs, leading sustainable logistics and transport optimisation, optimising logistics cost structure, managing pallet ops, and providing logistics insights for network design and expansion.

**Responsibilities**

- Drive 3PL performance through data and KPIs, defining and implementing relevant metrics to track performance, and providing data-based recommendations.

- Lead sustainable logistics and transport optimisation, collaborating with Logistics Technology to identify environmentally friendly transportation routes.

- Optimise logistics cost structure, analysing and verifying logistics cost development and maintaining rate tables in the Transport Management system.

- Manage pallet ops, executing pallet management activities, and supporting new partner onboarding.

- Provide logistics insights for network design and expansion, evaluating regionalisation and expansion requests from a logistics perspective.

**Requirements**

- Minimum 3 years' experience or specialised qualification in logistics/supply chain management, ideally within an FMCG environment.

- Proven experience in end-to-end process management, preferably in FMCG logistics operations.

- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvements.

- Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable working with large data sets and deriving actionable insights.

- Advanced user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
