## Description

Electronic Arts' Fan Care organization seeks a Customer Experience and Operations Intern to improve the premium care experience and operations. The intern will report to the Manager, Premium Care Programs, and work onsite in Austin, Texas, on a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

- Design a pilot program to test a new operations improvement within Premium Care

- Build and manage a project plan, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and deliverables

- Analyze pilot results to understand the impact on customer experience and operational performance

- Develop and present a final recommendation that summarizes the results and impact of the pilot

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree granting program in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date no earlier than December 2027

- Experience using data to solve problems

- Experience planning and managing projects
