## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support the Vice President for Cisco Latin America. The successful candidate will provide calendar support, lead logistics for travel and meetings, own team-building activities, and interact with people in the US and Latin America.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the VP's calendar, prioritizing schedules and meetings

- Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics

- Prepare meeting briefing documents and take notes

- Provide analytical support for special projects

- Handle correspondence and approvals as authorized

- Manage travel and expenses

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in an administrative environment

- 2+ years of experience supporting a principal at the director level or above

- Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese

- Expert-level knowledge of Windows desktop applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
