## Description

We are seeking a Steward to join our team at Accor in Las Condes, Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile.

As a Steward, you will be responsible for washing and cleaning dishes, pots, and utensils, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are met.

Key responsibilities:

- Wash and clean dishes, pots, and utensils by hand or using a machine

- Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including equipment, dining areas, pantries, and food circulation areas

- Apply good food safety practices in the kitchen

- Clean, classify, organize, and store kitchen materials and utensils

- Support kitchen staff with basic activities such as preparing juices, cutting fruit, and basic preparations for employee dining

- Set up and dismantle dining areas, arranging and removing plates, cutlery, and napkins, and transporting food to designated areas

- Follow guidelines from supervisors on selective waste collection and water and energy consumption to meet environmental objectives

- Meet area goals and contribute to achieving objectives through efficient task execution

- Participate in mandatory training and development programs

- Collaborate with other areas to ensure operational continuity

- Perform other related tasks as required
