## Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Complex Needs Outreach Worker to join our Street Population Team at Islington Council. The successful candidate will have a passion for transforming the lives of vulnerable members of the community.

**Key Duties:**

- Conduct outreach in the community, engaging with rough sleepers living on the street.

- Manage a caseload of clients both on the street and in accommodation.

- Work within a multi-agency team to support people away from the street.

**Skills and Experience:**

- Flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and demands.

- Responsive, with the ability to prioritize emergency cases and complex cases.

- Organised, with the ability to manage your own diary, accurate recording, and support planning.

- A team player, with experience of joint working with internal and external partners.

- Experience of support planning and managing risk.
