## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, a frontline role where you'll deliver five-star service, recommend products, and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive team environment

As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be resilient, digitally confident, and a team player. You'll have knowledge of M&S Food products and be able to work well under pressure.

This is a Christmas-only role, with the possibility of working up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
