## Description

Join Avacare as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) and accelerate your career in clinical research. As a CRC, you will manage 2–6 trials of varying complexity, perform clinical procedures, and lead study coordination from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing multiple trials across different therapeutic areas

- Conducting clinical procedures such as obtaining vital signs, phlebotomy, ECGs, and processing lab specimens

- Leading study coordination activities including patient recruitment, informed consent, and regulatory documentation

- Working closely with investigators, sponsors, and monitors

- Mentoring junior staff and contributing to internal training

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in clinical research settings, preferably at a clinical investigative site

- Clinical skills including pediatric phlebotomy

- Solid understanding of site operations and the drug development process

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and time management

- Technical proficiency in CTMS, eCRFs, and Microsoft Office tools

The potential base pay range for this role is $37,800.00 - $94,500.00 per year.
