## Description

We are seeking a dedicated lead to anchor our Warsaw office, serving as the 'go-to' person for the Warsaw team, driving the office and culture.

As our Warsaw Workplace Experience, you will be responsible for:

- Being the primary point of contact for the local team and new joiners, welcoming people to the space and ensuring everyone feels at home

- Managing daily logistics, including post, communal areas, meeting room readiness, and vendor coordination

- Driving the vibe of the space through snack and coffee selections, team lunches, birthday celebrations, and social rituals

- Supporting events and visitors, including AI hackathons and evening meetups

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong operational expertise in managing high-visibility offices

- Experience acting as the primary point of contact for building management and vendors

- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

- Proactive and forward-thinking approach with a proven ability to anticipate needs and implement new processes

- Experience in fostering a positive and productive office environment
