## Description

As a Logistics Field Operations Manager at 3M, you will lead logistics field operations supporting export execution across manufacturing locations and consolidation networks.

You will make an impact by:

- Leading Field Operations personnel, supporting plant export operations, and driving consistent execution of logistics processes.

- Serving as a key liaison between manufacturing sites, logistics service providers, transportation partners, and corporate logistics teams to resolve operational issues and improve service performance.

- Leading operational workstreams related to strategic logistics initiatives, process improvements, network optimization, and systems implementations.

- Traveling up to 50% to support operational execution, site engagement, provider management, and business initiatives.

To set you up for success in this role, 3M requires:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, Operations Management.

- Five (5) years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operational management.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Experience supporting international transportation and export operations.

- Project management and change management experience.

- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification.

- Experience developing performance metrics and operational scorecards.

- Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

The expected compensation range for this position is $145,676 - $178,049, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
