## Description

We are seeking a female law student to participate in our one-year mentorship programme, "Anwältin sucht Referendarin". As a mentee, you will be paired with an experienced female lawyer from our firm who will provide guidance and support throughout the programme.

You will benefit from:

- Regular meetings with your mentor to discuss your studies, career goals, and entry into the legal profession

- Specially designed training sessions to enhance your professional skills

- Opportunities to network with our partners and associates

- Experience working in a specific practice area within our firm

If your application is successful, you will be invited to a meeting with your potential team. If this meeting is positive, you will receive an offer as a trainee lawyer and will be automatically accepted into the programme.
