## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Eden High Wycombe, a busy store location where customers come to recharge.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, providing warm, five-star service while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during peak periods.

Key responsibilities include:

- Being digitally confident to use our tools for taking and fulfilling orders efficiently

- Maintaining high food safety standards while managing orders and queues

- Delivering quality service under pressure, focusing on customer satisfaction

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs and support the team

The role involves working part-time hours on Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00 and Sundays from 12:00 to 16:00. Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
