## Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Trading Assistant to join our team in London! You’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience, keep our shop looking its best and support our mission to restore wetlands and unlock their power for people and wildlife.

**What will you be doing?**

- Visual merchandising: Create attractive, eye-catching displays that inspire customers and showcase our products.

- Exceptional customer service: Welcome customers, offer helpful advice and ensure everyone enjoys a positive shopping experience.

- Be a team player: Work collaboratively with colleagues, share ideas and help keep the shop running smoothly.

- Support daily trading: Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries, till operations and maintaining a clean, organised shop.

This is a part-time position working 15 hours per week over 3 days to include weekends and bank holidays.
