## Description

As a Market Street Team Leader at Morrisons, you will support the day-to-day operations of the café, helping the team deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver high café and BREW standards, ensuring full operational compliance

- Provide outstanding customer service across all café touchpoints

- Coordinate daily activities and communication within the café

- Identify opportunities for improvement using data and customer feedback

- Work closely with managers and colleagues to drive sales and achieve store targets

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety and food safety standards

- Respond quickly to customer queries and resolve issues effectively

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and stock control

- Minimize waste through careful handling and stock management

- Complete all tasks and procedures in line with company policies
