## Description

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank's technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. The Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has been delivering global technology products and services since 2013.

This role is part of the Identity and Access Architecture SDA review team in Bucharest, under the Chief Security Office (CSO). You will conduct security reviews on various projects focusing on Identity and Access (I&A) security architecture, covering Authentication, Authorization, Access Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, and Secrets Management. You will also advise on I&A solution architecture and contribute to the adoption of central I&A solutions.

**Responsibilities**

- Conduct security reviews for projects submitted to the Security Design Authority forum.

- Work autonomously on allocated projects.

- Ensure projects are secure by design and adhere to DB security controls policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.

- Collaborate with the SDA central team and project teams.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

- Promote actions for DB I&A Central Solutions enforcement.

- Participate in and develop the team's advisory role.

- Build and support the team's knowledge base.

**Skills**

- Essential:

+ Degree in IT or information security with strong written and spoken English skills.   + Extensive experience with Authentication, Authorization, Access Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, Secrets Management, and knowledge of leading market solutions.   + Experience in IA architecture topics.   + IT Security experience with understanding of key information security principles and techniques.   + Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO, CISSP, NIST).   + Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.

- Desirable:

+ Experience in the Financial Sector.   + Knowledge of IAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint, ForgeRock).   + Experience with security reviews.   + Working in international, complex, and regulated environments.
