As a Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for the successful management of all operations related to a designated region under the direction of the COO. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and build the territory to facilitate the achievement of the company's growth and business objectives by meeting goals in growth, profit, WIP turnover, quality, and AR.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and oversee all field operations in the region to meet established goals for growth, profit, WIP turnover, quality, and AR

- Mentor, train, and develop Managers/Team Leads to become competent and motivated to facilitate the achievement of their district goals in line with the regional goals

- Develop new business and ensure the growth of the assigned region

- Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and manage the budget and all expenses related to the region

- Approve expenses for the region

- Responsible for the staffing needs and staffing evaluations for the region

- Work with the Quality and Education department to ensure all staff are trained and meeting company standards

- Facilitate regional meetings

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree required and/or equivalent work experience

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the insurance industry, preferably in independent adjusting

- Minimum of 5 years management experience

- Strong technical ability in all lines of Insurance and knowledge of the Lloyd's Market

- Strong communication skills

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks

- Strong computer and analytical skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
