## Description

New Berlin Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Install Helper to join our team in New Berlin, WI. This is a part-time role with a hybrid work environment, offering a starting pay of $18 per hour.

As an HVAC Install Helper, you will work alongside experienced installers, learn how heating and cooling systems work, and gain valuable hands-on experience on residential job sites. No previous HVAC experience is required – we're willing to teach the right person!

Responsibilities:

- Help experienced installers set up and install heating and cooling equipment.

- Assist with carrying, loading, and organizing tools, equipment, and materials.

- Learn how to install ductwork and other HVAC components.

- Help prepare job sites and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

- Follow instructions and learn proper tool use and safety procedures.

- Work alongside teammates to complete jobs efficiently and correctly.

- Treat customers and coworkers with respect and professionalism.

- Ask questions, accept feedback, and build your skills through hands-on experience.

- Help maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.

- Take on additional tasks as you learn and grow in the role.
