## Description

As a Sales Coordinator focusing on Japan/Korea markets, you will play a critical role in project managing strategic deals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment on deal timelines.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing strategic deals from qualified opportunity to signed contract

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including BDs, AMs, Pre-sales, legal, compliance, implementation, product, and engineering teams

- Developing and maintaining detailed stakeholder maps for key deals and accounts within the APAC region

- Managing the end-to-end Request for Proposal/Information (RFP/I) process

- Coordinating deal workstreams, decisions, and communication to ensure internal and external alignment

- Collaborating with the wider sales operations team to impact global initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong proficiency in spoken and written Japanese or Korean

- At least 2 years of experience in sales enablement or GTM roles within payments, banking, financial services, consulting, or SaaS industries

- Demonstrated experience directing and governing complex project portfolios with multiple concurrent streams and internal/external stakeholders

- Expertise with project management and collaboration tools, such as Airtable, Asana, Google sheets, and Slack

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Some extra skills that would be awesome:

- Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce

- Experience as part of a team selling to enterprises with multi-stakeholder deals
