## Description

We are seeking a skilled Patissier (Commis de Partie) to join our team at the Hangar-7 restaurant, Ikarus, located at Salzburg Airport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality desserts, presenting and decorating them, and ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook high-quality desserts for the restaurant and outlets

- Present, decorate, and arrange desserts

- Ensure cleanliness and adherence to food hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements:

- Completed pastry or culinary training

- Professional experience, ideally in fine patisserie

- Excellent product knowledge and technical skills

- Well-groomed, confident, and friendly demeanor

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Very good German and English language skills
