## Description

We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Lörrach. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for advising customers on maintenance and service matters, ensuring smooth and timely execution of service orders.

Responsibilities:

- Provide advice on all maintenance and service matters

- Ensure seamless and punctual execution of service orders

- Conduct information and advisory discussions with customers

- Create precise calculations and transparent cost previews

- Coordinate repairs effectively

Requirements:

- Completed commercial or technical vocational training

- Experience as a Service Advisor is desirable

- Certification as a recognised Automobile Service Advisor is an advantage

- Good organisational skills and negotiation abilities

- High teamwork and flexibility

- Familiarity with the DMS system 'Cross' is beneficial

- Class B driving licence
