## Description

We are seeking a Home Manager to lead our team at Sunnyview House Care Home in Leeds. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding, personalised care to our residents, leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, and managing all aspects of the home.

You will be managing budgets, taking responsibility for the operating profit of the home, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also be required to create and develop strong internal and external relationships, playing an important role in strengthening the Bupa brand.

The successful candidate will have strong clinical knowledge and expertise, with an NMC registration. You will know how to make a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector, as you'll have a strong commercial acumen and strategic mind. You will be an effective communicator, with a confident and influential leadership style.
