## Description

We are seeking a Manager Customer Solutions to oversee and manage a team of SME (Executive, Specialist and Tester) to ensure projects deliverables within the team is achieved. You will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of every member in the team and high-quality performance from team members.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage a team of SME (Executive, Specialist and Tester) to ensure projects deliverables within the team is achieved.

- Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of every member in the team and high-quality performance from team members.

- Manage overall resource plan for the team, develop and manage to deliver department business results.

- Provide technical guidance to team members and build better career prospects and advancement for subordinates.

- Deliver business requirements on agreed business requirements and ensure users at the respective areas agree on the guideline.

- Ensure personal development for self/staff improvement and build positive working relationships within the team.

- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and projects as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

- 7-8 years of experience in the Life Insurance Industry with basic operational knowledge in operations.

- Knowledge of Takaful model, products, and familiarity with Day 2 modules with experience in handling projects will be an added advantage.

- Experience in comparative analysis, managing/leading business analysts and operations with a successful track record of working dynamic project teams, establishing priorities, and meeting department expectations.

- Able to interpret customer needs, assess requirements, and identify solutions to non-standard requests independently.

- Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint) and any other programming language.

- Good communication skills.

- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.

- Driven by a high desire to acquire knowledge and deliver results.
