## Description

We're looking for a skilled Packaging Operator to join our team at our Oosterbierum plant. As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes. Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in meeting our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain packaging equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes

- Monitor and control packaging line performance to meet quality and productivity targets

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on packaging equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance

- Collaborate with production team members to resolve issues and improve processes

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
