## Description

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Recruiter to support the hiring for GTM (Go-to-Market) & operations positions across Europe.

The Flexport Talent team's mission is to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes by creating an inclusive, engaging experience for all candidates and employees alike.

You will:

- Run full recruiting cycle for various positions across multiple functions (G&A, Sales, Operations) across Europe. Experience in engineering recruitment is a plus.

- Source and identify passive candidates while tracking data to ensure investment in sources with the highest ROI.

- Contribute to recruitment-related projects and process improvement initiatives at scale.

- Work closely with local business leaders and a small recruiting team to drive growth in the region.

- Partner with Recruiting and Hiring Leaders to attract, assess, and close top talent.

- Regularly communicate candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders.

- Build trusted candidate relationships, drive offer approvals, extensions, and negotiations.

- Work with stakeholders across Europe to drive brand efforts within the region.

- Be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing environment.

You should have:

- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house, with experience in both agency and in-house recruitment a plus.

- Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales, engineering, and corporate functions, with logistics/supply chain recruitment experience a plus.

- Proven ability and interest in process improvements.

- Experience with Greenhouse and/or other recruitment CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter.

- Good relationship management skills.

- A drive for results and a strong influence and solution-oriented mindset.

- Humility, positivity, and a growth mindset.

- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team-based environment.

- Experience recruiting in multiple European countries a plus.
