## Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) consultant to support and develop C4C implementation and rollout projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience with end-to-end C4C implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and hyper care.

**Functional Responsibilities:**

- Conduct requirements workshops with business stakeholders, perform fit-gap analysis, scoping, and fine-tuning

- Configure account and contact management, leads, opportunities, quotes, activities, service tickets, territory management, pricing, organizational structure, roles and authorizations, workflow, and notification rules

- Develop reports and dashboards, and manage data migration using Migration Workbench

**Integration and Extensions:**

- Integrate C4C with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and SAP Commerce via SAP Integration Suite (CPI), OData, and SOAP/REST APIs

- Develop side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP (CAP, SAPUI5/Fiori)

- Write functional and technical specifications, support testing (unit, SIT, UAT), and provide 2nd/3rd-level support

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 6-7 years of experience

- SAP C4C (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud) configuration, scoping, fine-tuning, and adaptation

- C4C APIs: OData, SOAP/REST web services

- Integration with SAP backend systems (S/4HANA/ECC) via SAP Integration Suite/CPI

- Solid understanding of CRM processes (lead-to-cash, customer service)

- Strong communication skills for working directly with business stakeholders

- Architectural mindset
