## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking an experienced Senior Engine Software Developer to join its Iron Man team at Motive Montreal. You will work on cutting-edge technology and new product development in an innovative and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and optimise the game engine using Unreal Engine 5.

- Collaborate with designers and artists to implement their vision in a technologically feasible manner.

- Ensure optimal performance of the game on multiple platforms.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Unreal Engine, including new features and improvements.

- Provide technical guidance and assistance to junior team members.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in a similar position in a video game studio.

- Experience developing and shipping a game with Unreal Engine.

- Proven experience in software development with C++.

- Experience with multi-threaded programming and optimisation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Knowledge of the latest gaming trends, techniques, and technologies, with a desire to constantly grow and learn.
