**Customer Sales Experience**

- Deliver personalized sales service to every client

- Engage in conversations to understand customer needs and provide tailored advice

- Confidently use verbal skills to generate sales and stimulate different thought processes

- Be a brand expert, answering questions with detailed product knowledge

**Operational**

- Educate customers on product usage and benefits

- Participate in company sales programs and events

- Create and maintain product displays and promotional materials

- Maintain a clean and well-stocked beauty zone

- Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene standards

**Training & Personal Growth and Development**

- Complete initial 30/60/90-day onboarding training

- Participate in ongoing training and educational programs

- Execute the established sales plan and track progress

- Compete with yourself to beat prior sales goals

**Physical Requirements**

- Ability to stand and move throughout the store

- Physical abilities to support essential functions, such as stooping, kneeling, and reaching

- Manual dexterity for tasks like ear piercing

**Required Qualifications**

- Sales-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Goal-driven and able to multitask

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexible retail schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours

- Ability to perform ear-piercing services

- Bilingual in English and Spanish (for specific stores)

- At least 18 years old

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior beauty sales experience

- Current knowledge of beauty products and brands

- Strong passion for beauty

- High school diploma or equivalent

**Anticipated Weekly Hours**: 40 **Time Type**: Full-time **Pay Range**: $19.00 - $28.00
