We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Boutique Ambassador at Van Cleef & Arpels, a renowned High Jewelry Maison with a rich heritage.

As a Boutique Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting our Sales Associates in the boutique, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable boutique experience

- Assisting Sales Associates during client presentations and supporting daily boutique activities

- Providing outstanding customer service, including performing CS activities such as engraving and shining

- Actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life to foster a positive team spirit
