## Description

We are seeking a National Account Executive to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. You will be responsible for achieving agreed growth plans by account, forecasting, evaluating, and developing customer contact strategies, and building relationships with key contacts.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver growth targets driven by business plans aligned with customer and Red Bull priorities

- Forecast, drive growth, and track development of the account portfolio

- Proactively manage customer contact strategy to remove obstacles and drive portfolio forward

- Build and maintain internal contact strategy to meet overall account KPIs

- Become an expert in Category, Consumer, and Customer, making decisions based on insight

- Be a brand advocate for Red Bull, mirroring brand values to deliver enhanced brand perception

**Requirements:**

- Proven track record of achievement in a commercial environment

- Experience building and managing complex relationships internally and externally

- Ability to handle, evaluate, and utilize sales data and insights efficiently

- Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills

- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a focus on results and customer needs

- Experience negotiating and running joint business plans

- Experience managing a full P&L with a proven track record of volume and value growth

- Experience across contract catering, independent catering, and/or food service wholesale

**Travel Requirements:**

- Travel across the entirety of the UK will be required to meet key contacts and attend trade events
