## Description

We are seeking a Partner Support Specialist to support the management and growth of a global service portfolio. As a Partner Support Specialist, you will provide analysis, recommendations, and day-to-day support while developing expertise in partner services, solutions, and business processes.

**Responsibilities:**

- Follow established guidelines and procedures to develop support plans on simple product families.

- Represent services on product core teams and provide service requirements into product development.

- Set product service metric goals, monitor product support business performance, and identify when corrective action is required.

- Collaborate with regions and worldwide teams regarding service and support planning, implementation, and performance.

- Report on business performance.

**Requirements:**

- Typically 1+ years of experience in a directly related business.

- Good level of Turkish, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business setting.

- Typically a first-level university degree or equivalent work experience.

- Moderate knowledge of the IT and services industry.

- Basic organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
