## Description

TaskUs is seeking an HR Supervisor to join their team in Meycauayan, Bulacan, Philippines. As an HR Supervisor, you will be the primary person responsible for taking care of employees, handling employee or labor relations, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Handle due process documents and proceedings such as admin hearings

- Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications

- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development

- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff

- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations

- Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance

- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management

- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- At least 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a BPO setting on a generalist or supervisory level

- Experience in leading employee engagement

- Strong background in employee engagement/labor relations

- Strong organisational skills, project management skills, and analytical skills

- Ability to lead a cross-functional team, work independently, and work on night shifts or rotating schedules
