## Description

We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee.

The Sales Trainee role is a training position that offers the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in sales and account management.

Responsibilities:

- Training: participate in a comprehensive training program to develop sales and account management skills

- Business Acumen: understand the basics of Red Bull and its products, build and protect the brand, establish relationships with customers

- Daily Preparation: prepare for daily sales activities, communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers

- In Route Support: support Account Sales Managers on their routes, meet daily sales targets

- Off Route Support: assist with audits, merchandising, and display building

Requirements:

- Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is an advantage

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

- English; additional languages an advantage

Duration:

- The Sales Trainee role is an at-will position, with a maximum duration of 12 months

- Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are eligible to interview for Account Sales Manager roles
