## Description

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to design and manage complex Salesforce solutions for customers. The ideal candidate will have 14+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 8 years on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables

- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Salesforce platform

- Drive Enterprise AI Architecture by designing and integrating scalable predictive and generative AI solutions

- Lead technical design sessions and architect technical solutions

- Champion an AI-first delivery methodology

- Follow and help define coding standards while leading code reviews

- Focus on Performance Evaluation & ROI

- Maintain a target billable utilization aligned to the role

- Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues

- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations

- Travel to client sites for projects, estimated 50-75%

Requirements:

- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required

- 14+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 8 years on the Salesforce platform

- Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite

- Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions

- Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices

- Familiarity with platform authentication patterns and how to configure them securely

- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems

- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies

- Practical fluency using AI coding assistants and modern development ecosystems

- Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape

- Strong background in design/development of large web-based systems

- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

Preferred Certifications:

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect

- Other relevant AI/ML, AI Specialist, or Cloud Architect certifications
