## Description

As a Loss Prevention Officer at NEXT's Bromley store, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure working and shopping environment. You will provide a uniformed presence to protect company assets and minimise loss.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring stores feel safe and secure for employees and customers

- Building strong relationships with store teams and local police

- Identifying high-risk areas and acting as a deterrent on the shop floor

- Engaging with store management to ensure company loss prevention standards are met

- Performing other duties as requested by the Regional LP Manager, such as out-of-hours surveillance and LP auditing

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous security experience in a retail environment (preferred)

- Flexibility to work across different stores and opening times

- Ability to travel to cover a cluster of stores within a reasonable distance from your home

- Commitment to keeping store teams and customers safe

- Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Self-motivation and initiative

- Excellent communication skills

- Full flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and evenings

- Basic IT skills (preferred but not essential)
