## Description

Marketing teams face challenges with fragmented customer data and martech stacks that create proprietary silos. Customer Lake, a native Customer Data Platform (CDP) built into Databricks, unifies first- and third-party data into governed Customer 360 profiles.

As a Sr. Solutions Architect, Customer Lake, you will provide technical leadership to guide strategic customers to successful implementations on customer data and marketing projects. You will collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across your territory.

Key responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership for strategic customers

- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams

- Serve as an expert Solutions Architect building technical credibility with CMOs and marketing technology leaders

- Enable clients at scale through workshops and POC execution

- Influence product roadmap with field-derived insights

- Handle complex technical challenges as a tier-3 escalation point

- Establish and refine sales qualification and POC intake process

- Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners

Requirements:

- 5+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales, or consulting role

- 2+ years of experience implementing modern data estate, CDP, and Lakehouse architectures

- Experience with design and implementation of data and AI applications for marketing and customer engagement

- Proficient in AI-assisted programming using SQL and Python

- Experience collaborating with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and third-party consulting organizations

- Hands-on experience building solutions within major public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Deep experience in customer data and marketing analytics

- Undergraduate degree in a technical field
