## Description

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

**Principal Responsibilities:**

- Define test strategy and test approach

- Prepare test plans and schedules

- Design test cases and conditions coverage/traceability matrices

- Conduct test execution with evidence and progress update reports

- Drive defect calls and align understanding between engineering, BA/business, and testing

- Provide test completion reports/sign-off certifications

**Requirements:**

- Clearly understand business requirements and ask valid questions

- Involve earlier and provide input/delivery earlier, considering code change impact, architecture solutions, and system dependencies

- Prioritise backlogs/test cases/change requests and align with stakeholders

- Provide realistic testing plans, timelines, and resourcing

- Make good use of existing automation frameworks/tools and build new tools to improve productivity

- Maintain strong relationships with teammates and partners across different teams
