## Description

RBC Capital Markets is seeking a Global Investment Banking Summer Associate to join their Houston office for a 10-week program. As a Summer Associate, you will work on live transactions, develop financial models, contribute to client meetings, and conduct research to analyze market trends.

The program provides an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere of RBC Capital Markets and gain a strong foundation in fundamental investment banking skills. You will have the support of a mentor and opportunities to network through social events.

The good faith expected salary range for this position is $175,000, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and market conditions.

To succeed in this role, you should be a student in your penultimate year of study at an accredited 2-year MBA program, have 2+ years of work experience post-undergraduate, and possess strong competencies in collaboration, relationship building, communication, integrity, and operating with a diverse and inclusive mindset.
