## Description

We are seeking a Cross Border Linehaul Manager, Air Freight to join our team in Guangzhou, China.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of cross-border air freight services, managing suppliers, and coordinating with internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure daily operational efficiency, coordinate with cross-border suppliers, and monitor shipment status

- Manage suppliers, including introducing new suppliers, establishing SOPs, and monitoring performance

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise

- Manage invoices and costs, ensuring accurate and timely payment

- Develop and optimize operational SOPs, and monitor system performance

- Lead and manage a team to achieve operational goals

- Provide regular reporting and analysis on operational performance

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, International Trade, or related field

- University English proficiency certificate (Band 4 or above), with strong written and verbal communication skills

- At least 5 years of experience in cross-border logistics, with experience in Southeast Asia preferred

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with strong data processing and PPT presentation skills

**Salary:** ¥10,000 - ¥16,000 per month
