## Description

Mastercard is seeking an Analyst/Senior Staffing Analyst to join the Advisors & Client Services organization. The successful candidate will work closely with cluster leaders, product managers, and squad leads to ensure effective execution of the Client Services organization's strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Process staffing needs at cluster level, understanding specific engagement requirements and coordinating prioritization between product lines

- Assign resources to client engagements based on predefined criteria, targeting optimization of resource utilization across clusters and markets

- Manage settings in internal systems throughout the engagement lifecycle

- Aggregate regional utilization indicators, ensuring accuracy about de facto available capacity

- Work with squad leads and people managers on consolidation of performance evaluation results and identified development needs

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of overall career experience, preferably in the professional services industry

- Partner-at-heart mindset, with ability to work closely with Client Service team members

- Good understanding of business drivers to optimize resource utilization numbers

- Strong interest in people well-being and development, with focus on making the client service team member experience the best in class

- Agile mindset, with experience working in agile environments with short sprints and changing briefs

- Project management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Team player, with ability to work effectively as an individual contributor within a global staffing team

- Data & metrics orientation, with ability to aggregate utilization indicators, track KPIs, and leverage tools for insights
