## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Sears Solihull, the heart of our store and a place where customers come to recharge. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during the busiest periods.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing warm, five-star service to customers

- Making great food and drink recommendations

- Ensuring the café operates smoothly and efficiently

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Using our digital tools to take and fulfil orders fast

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to changing situations and priorities

In this role, you will be expected to work a flexible schedule, including Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
