## Description

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our Innovation Banking team based in Canary Wharf, London.

The successful candidate will develop and execute a strategy for their portfolio to increase market share, income, and utilization of Barclays products and solutions for our highest-value Innovation Banking clients.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing a strategy for the portfolio to drive growth

- Building and maintaining senior relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Providing product solutions to meet client needs and prevent attrition

- Working closely with product partners, growth lending teams, and colleagues across Barclays UK and the Investment Bank

- Managing risk aligned with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework

The ideal candidate will have:

- A proven track record of delivering growth in Innovation Economy or Technology industries

- Experience working with VC investors and Growth Lending solutions

- Strong network of industry contacts

- Ability to build out a new proposition as part of UK Corporate Bank's growth strategy

- Strong communication and influencing skills
