## Description

You will work as a maintenance engineer in the Operations & Maintenance team of Production Unit Onshore South West (Onshore NL South asset). Your tasks involve safely, reliably, and environmentally consciously performing electrical and instrumentation maintenance on oil and gas treatment installations. This includes corrective and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and supporting small projects and shutdowns.

Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on E&I installations

- Analyze, locate, and repair faults in electrical, measurement, and control equipment

- Calibrate, adjust, and maintain measuring instruments (e.g., pressure, level, flow)

- Install, test, and commission E&I systems within production installations

- Work with switchgear, cables, lighting, fire and access security, telecom, DCS/PLC systems

- Support shutdowns and small technical projects

- Provide advice to work preparation on technically complex tasks and calibration assignments

- Prepare, check, and update drawings and documentation

- Administrative handling of fault reports, reports, and improvement suggestions

- Work according to strict safety, quality, and legal guidelines

Requirements:

- MBO level 4 or level 3 in Electrotechnology, Measurement & Control Technology, or Process Technology

- Demonstrable experience with E&I installations in oil & gas, petrochemistry, or similar industries (required)

- Experience with troubleshooting, maintenance processes, and documentation

- Knowledge of low and high voltage standards

- Knowledge of instrumentation, control systems (DCS, PLC, IPS)

- Experience with pneumatic instrumentation

- Knowledge of inspection requirements, measurement, and calibration techniques

- Experience with process automation

- Certifications such as OTI / OTEI are a strong plus
