## Description

Thornbury Road Centre for Health is a friendly and supportive GP practice in Isleworth, serving a patient population of over 9,000. We are looking for a motivated Salaried GP to join our established clinical team for 4 to 6 sessions per week (13-month Maternity Cover).

This is a temporary 13-month maternity cover position, running from 1st March 2027 to 1st April 2028. We are based in purpose-built premises with staff parking and work closely with our Brentford and Isleworth Primary Care Network.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality general medical services to our registered patient population, including face-to-face and telephone consultations, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, prescribing, and appropriate referrals.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient care within a supportive and collaborative environment

- Undertake home visits where required

- Review test results and clinical correspondence

- Maintain accurate patient records

- Contribute to clinical decision-making and safeguarding

- Work collaboratively with the wider practice and Primary Care Network team

Requirements:

- Full GMC registration

- Inclusion on the National Performers List

- CCT in General Practice or equivalent

- Right to work in the UK

- Experience working as a GP in a primary care setting

- Ability to manage acute and long-term conditions

- Good clinical assessment, decision-making, and prescribing skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
