## Description

We are seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to join our team in Mexico City. As a SOC Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring relevant events in Mexico, with a particular focus on the state of Sinaloa, especially in areas surrounding locations frequently visited by our clients' travelers.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor GPS tracking and traveler check-ins during transfers.

- Prepare reports covering incident updates, geofences, relevant events, unauthorized routes, and general recommendations.

- Send real-time information and alerts to users while they are en route.

- Develop standard tracking and communication protocols with travelers.

- Maintain constant coordination and communication with the Security Manager and Control Risks assets in the event of security incidents involving travelers.

Requirements:

- Teamwork

- Strong communication skills

- Organized and able to multitask

- Analytical thinking

- High school diploma completed

- Intermediate English level (minimum B1)

- Availability to work rotating shifts

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner)
