## Description

We are seeking a Reception Manager to join our team at the ibis Paris Porte de Clichy Centre hotel, located in the heart of Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of receptionists.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all reception operations, including check-in, check-out, and payment processes

- Supervise and train the reception team to ensure high-quality service

- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by addressing requests and complaints

- Maintain high standards of quality and adhere to Accor group procedures

- Organize schedules and ensure smooth shift operations

- Monitor administrative and financial procedures related to reception

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operational coordination

Requirements:

- Proven experience in hotel reception, preferably in a supervisory or management role

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities

- Proficiency in hotel software, particularly Opera Cloud

- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of another language is an asset
